Services include medical, dental and behavioral health care to all ages. No patient is denied services due to inability to pay.

Monday, Wednesday and Friday - 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.
Tuesday and Thursday - 8:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M.

The T or C Ben Archer Health Center (BAHC) site was established in 1994. Primary care service area for the BAHC in T or C includes all communities in Sierra County. These communities are T. or C., Hillsboro, Winston, Williamsburg, Kingston, Palomas, Cuchillo, and Elephant Butte.
The primary care clinic is located at 1960 Date Street, an 14,500 square foot, modern medical facility that has the necessary room for the provision of medical and dental services. BAHC is contracted at this site to provide medical and social services to Veterans.
Staff
The staff at this site consists of: a Front Office Manager, 4 Medical Providers, 3 Dental Providers,
and 3 Behavioral Health Providers.

Edgar Janetzko, MD
Edgar Janetzko, MD has been providing medical services at the Ben Archer Health Center TorC Clinic
since September of 2022.
He completed his medical training at Universidad Nacional de Rosario in Argentina and
specializes in Family Medicine.
He provides care to patients of all ages: from newborn to adult.
Valquiria Macedo, CNP
Valquiria Macedo, CNP has been providing medical services at the Ben Archer Health Center TorC Clinic
since April of 2010.
She completed her medical training at Valparaiso University in Valparaiso, Indiana and
specializes in Family Medicine.
She provides care to patients of all ages: from newborn to adult.
Candace Davis, CNP
Candace Davis, CNP has been providing medical services at the Ben Archer Health Center TorC Clinic
since September of 2021.
She completed her medical training at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona and
specializes in Family Medicine.
She provides care to patients of all ages: from newborn to adult.
Marilyn Miller-Shultz, CNP
Marilyn Miller-Shultz, CNP has been providing medical services at the Ben Archer Health Center TorC Clinic
since March of 2022.
She completed her medical training at University of Texas in El Paso, Texas and
specializes in Family Medicine.
She provides care to patients of all ages: from newborn to adult.
